Bitcoin is struggling to sustain above $38,000, but the bulls have not given up much ground, which some analysts say increases the chance of a rally to $40,000. Bitcoin (BTC) is trying to sustain above the overhead resistance of $38,000 for the second consecutive day and start the next leg of the uptrend. The excitement among market observers may have increased after the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) delayed its decision on the applications of Franklin Templeton and Hashdex exchange-traded funds. Trader Joe’s supermarket files lawsuit against namesake crypto exchange

Trader Joe’s supermarket has initiated legal action against a similarly named decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, alleging trademark infringement and brand dilution. U.S. grocery retailer Trader Joe’s has initiated a lawsuit in a California court against a crypto currency trading platform that goes by an almost identical name. The legal action targets both the platform, named “Trader Joe,” and its co-founder Cheng Chieh Liu. The supermarket’s legal team contends that the naming of the decentralized cryptocurrency exchange aims deliberately to blur the lines between the two entities. Trader Joe’s lawyers argue that the platform has crafted a fictitious backstory around a character they call “Trader Joe,” which they say is clearly designed to invoke the grocery chain’s well-established brand. Avalanche Creator Ava Labs to launch first Web3 game in 2023

Ava Labs has partnered with BLDR to launch its first Web3 game. Notably, the former is the software company providing support to the Avalanche blockchain and its ecosystem. The latter, on the other hand, is a subsidiary of Japanese gaming house and internet media company GREE. On its part, GREE has been making high-engagement Web2 games, that include the development of a host of popular games, including Naruto and multiple mobile versions of Final Fantasy. Avalanche ’s developer Ava Labs will, notably, help “spur” BLRD’s growth into blockchain gaming .
